Booking: groups tent meadow
Group tent bookings are treated individually for supervised groups and for groups of 16 or more people. If you are not a supervised group and not more than 15 people, book directly via our booking system.
Supervised groups: In order to be able to process your booking request quickly, please fill out all fields in the form. If particular details are not yet certain, please provide guideline or minimum values.
Hints
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay is two nights. Exceptions to this are overnight stays in tree tents or overnight stays on bicycle tours.
YOUNG CHILDREN
Young children up to the age of four sleep (if they do sleep) for free on the ZELTWIESE ABSBERG. They still have to be mentioned in the booking system. From the age of 4 years, fees for children are due.
DEPOSIT
Each group staying overnight on the group tent field must pay a deposit of €100 when registering. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure.
ALKOHOL
Guests at the group tent meadow are prohibited from bringing and consuming their own alcoholic beverages. At our kiosk we offer a wide range of beer and wine at reasonable prices.
NIGHT PEACE
In order to enable all our young and old guests to get enough sleep, we ask you kindly to keep the night peace between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. No music can be played during night peace and conversations must be reduced to a minimum volume or whisper. Singing or bawling at night is strictly prohibited.
